It’s summer and your espresso machine deserves a little TLC too! RAW is offering a free health check for your coffee equipment by our expert technicians from 1st July - 31st August 2025.
We’ll inspect and share a report with you - no strings attached. If anything needs fixing, we’ll let you know what it’ll cost and sort it out once you’re ready; delivery will be on us if you proceed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- RAW Coffee Company will provide a free assessment of your espresso equipment through our experienced technical team. A detailed assessment report will be shared following the inspection.
- Any subsequent repairs, maintenance, or replacement of parts as per the report will be chargeable. Pricing will be provided for your approval before any work is carried out.
- Full payment is required in advance for all approved services and parts, prior to commencement.
- Should you choose to proceed with the repairs and maintenance based on RAW’s assessment, free delivery of the equipment within the UAE is included.
- This complimentary assessment service is available Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to avoid disappointment.
- RAW Coffee Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer or its terms at any time without prior notice.
