The RAW servicing guys, aka Technical department, are the quiet unsung hero’s who help drive the business and keep everything running smoothly, from behind the scenes. Elaya who leads the team, is our longest serving team member having been with us for 13 years and is a self-taught technical genius! With him on the team, are Suneesh, Sid and Akash.
Same as when you injure a part of your body (and only then do you appreciate your good health, when you don’t have it), the servicing guys help all our commercial and domestic customers to maintain the health of their espresso equipment and ensure there is no disruption to their caffeine supply. We are the only Authorised dealers for Rocket Espresso and share distribution rights for La Marzocco – two brands that we are proud ambassadors of, and we hold genuine spare parts of, for all these models that we represent.
Like with your car, its recommended to service your espresso machine every year – and also routinely perform back-flushing and maintenance, to ensure your machine stays healthy and your coffee tastes amazing. We will be sharing some servicing tips, including some very interesting water info on our platforms soon so keep an eye out for this.
