SHIPPING WITHIN THE UAE:

1. The minimum order value is AED 115.

2. Applicable for online orders.

SHIPPING TO THE GCC:

1. The minimum order value is AED 895.

2. Applicable for online orders.

3. Applicable only on coffee beans.  

4. Orders valued at AED 1000 and above require additional documentation per the UAE Federal Tax Authority: the customs export declaration certificate. For orders outside of the UAE with a value of AED 1000 and above, an additional fee of AED 130 will be charged to cover the document fee.   

5. To avoid delivery delays, please provide full address details at checkout, including the best contact number to reach you.  

6. All international customs clearances and import duty, fees or tax costs, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility. RAW Coffee Company takes no responsibility for clearing orders/consignments held by international customs.   

7. If the client refuses delivery of an item on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided, and additional charges may apply.   

8. Normal shipping times for a product are approximately 7 business days from the order fulfilment date. Holidays will cause a slowdown due to the mail rush. All significant holidays causing postal closures will be delayed two to three days. 

GENERAL T&C's:

1. It cannot be combined with another offer. 

2. Non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.    

3. RAW Coffee Company reserves the right at our discretion to discontinue, suspend or amend the offer and these terms & conditions without notice.
