La Marzocco - Linea PB 2 Group

La Marzocco Linea PB Piero Bambi's stainless steel workhorse is by far the UAE's favourite La Marzocco. Thermal stability is the name of the game here and the PB's saturated group heads ensure consistency shot after shot. The renowned stainless steel dual-boiler system allows you to fling espressos and milk-based drinks down the aisle to your customers like its nobody's business. Heat exchangers wish they could pull this off.

It's also loaded with barista focused creature comforts like barista lights and a cup warmer. Its dual PID allows you to manipulate the coffee and steam boilers separately. However, the best benefit of all would be the machine's ability to work well with both experienced, and novice baristas.

It isn't an intimidating starfighter like the newer LEVA, which is an incredible machine in its own right. The Linea PB is RAW's chief espresso machine.
