COLOMBIAN SIBERIA GEISHA COFFEE
The farm is named Siberia, and the producer is Einar Ortiz Falla. This exceptionally washed Geisha varietal has been traditionally fermented for 48 hours and sun-dried in Marquesinas. Presenting with floral aromatics of hibiscus, prominent notes of ripe stone fruits - apricot and peach, lovely balanced medium body, very clean and sweet. Delicious!
