Ethiopia Sidamo Bensa

This is only the third season that Heleanna has used her Bensa Logita washing station, sourcing coffee’s from the surrounding area of small holder farmers from the Segera Village.   As a producer she is hopeful after finding this new Specialty area, which shows great potential to grow while continuing to maintain the same high quality. 

Very clean well balanced coffee, vibrant acidity like that of ripe citrus fruits, fruity plum notes and lovely long lingering aftertaste of Black Tea. Main tasting notes of plum, black tea and ripe citrus fruits.
