This exceptional coffee is grown on the Siberia farm which is only 7 hectares and divided into 6 distinct growing lots. Located in Rio Blanco Tolima en la vereda Cristales, Einar Ortiz Falla, the producer, is part of the association cafe 100 años and has been growing Geisha for several years.
This coffee is carefully processed by Einar and his family; it is a traditional fermentation of 48 hours and sun-dried in Marquesinas.
Floral aromatics of hibiscus, prominent notes of ripe stone fruits - apricot and peach, lovely balanced medium body, very clean and sweet.
