All our items are falling under the below return and refund policy, except if the Item is an Art piece, individually created, hence it is not possible to get refund or return, all customized Item sales are FINAL.


All items must be returned in perfect condition inside and out as well as in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges will not be returned, reimbursed or refunded for returns or exchanges. All future shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.


We agree to refund the re-delivery charges, if the error has been occurred from our side.


We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in our opinion, who is doing excessive returns or exchanges. Any client doing excessive returns or exchanges will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from RAW Coffee Company. For more information please contact us via email



Please contact us via email with your name, item name and order number.

Full refunds will be issued for items received through the mail or in person at our facility within 3 working days of the delivery date less all shipping and handling charges, provided that the Item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer.


Returns received at our facility by mail or in person within 3-7 working days of the delivery date are eligible for exchange only, less all shipping and handling charges. Any return received in our store after 7 working days of the delivery date will be refused and no refund or exchange will be permitted. For outside UAE clients, please note you are responsible to return the item/s.

Pre-ground Coffee will not be exchanged under any circumstance.



All international sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or exceptions will be permitted.




We like you to feel happy and comfortable purchasing from RAW Coffee Company. Hence, if you would like to cancel an order you have made, this is only possible to cancel this before it has shipped form our facility. Once your shipment is on the way to you, we, unfortunately, will not be able to cancel it.




All item descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge and ability and are in no way warranted as complete. RAW Coffee Company is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase.

If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.
