From El Placer farm in Colombia’s Eje Cafetero, Sebastian Ramirez produces coffee that lives up to the farm’s name - pure pleasure in every cup. Grown at 1,590–1,744 m.a.s.l. and expertly processed with the help of Q Graders and Q Processing professionals, each lot showcases vibrant complexity and care. Sebastian’s passion extends beyond coffee through his support of animal rescue, with microlots often named after rescue dogs who now live on the farm. This is a coffee rooted in craftsmanship, community, and compassion, with tasting notes of blackberry, concord grape, and hibiscus.
