Our first-ever RAW El Salvadorian coffee is more than a beautiful cup - it’s a living piece of history. Grown at Finca La Bélgica, a fifth-generation family farm rooted in the Tecapa–Chinameca volcanic range, this rare Pacamara variety traces its origins back to the farm’s role as one of the original testing sites in the 1950s. Guided today by Ernesto Samayoa Denys, the family’s legacy blends tradition, innovation, and sustainable farming to produce exceptionally large, aromatic beans with bright citrus, floral sweetness, and a long, clean finish. From the Belgian “foreigner” who first planted roots to the hands that still nurture the land, this coffee carries a story of resilience, heritage, and devotion - one we’re honoured to roast for you.
