Initially, unable to buy the quality of coffee we were used to locally, we started off as bootleggers, bringing our beans back into Dubai in our suitcases from favourite roasteries around the world. We love coffee, and Raw was born, established in July 2007 to fill the gap in the market for freshly roasted specialty coffee.
