MOCKTAIL
RECIPE #1: Excellent as a Pre-Workout
- 60ml of Rocket Fuel Black Cap
- 1 tbsp of Organic Coconut Oil (as a fat source, can replace with Organic Grass-Fed Butter)
- ½ tsp of Natural Vanilla Extract
- 120ml Milk of Your Choice (Normal, Almond, Soya, Oat)
- Blend together
RECIPE #2: Think Bounty Bar
- 100ml Rocket Fuel Red Cap
- 1 Banana (great to use frozen)
- 1 Cup Coconut Water
- 1 tbsp Honey or Date Syrup (to your taste)
- Blend and serve on ice
- A Dash of Cinnamon
RECIPE #3
- 100ml Rocket Fuel Red Cap
- ½ cup Frozen Raspberries (or your favourite berries)
- 1 tbsp Chocolate Powder
- 1 cup Low Fat Plain Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Honey or Date Syrup (to your taste)
- Blend together
Optional: Top with toasted coconut flakes
RECIPE #4 Super Low Calorie, Ugh! Yes Please!
- 100ml Rocket Fuel Red Cap
- San Pellegrino (or soda water, ginger ale or tonic water)
- Serve on ice and garnish with a generous serving of Orange Peel and Mint
COCKTAIL
MARTINI #1: Grown-Ups Red Bull and Vodka
- 2 Shots of Vodka
- 1 Shot of Rocket Fuel Black Cap
- ½ Shot of Kahlua
- ¼ Shot Sugar Syrup (2 parts sugar, 1 part Water)
- Shaken with ice, Martini glass 😉
MARTINI #2: Simple Sweetie
- 2 Shots of Vodka
- 2 Shots of Rocket Fuel Red Cap
- 1 Shot of Kahlua
- Shaken with ice, Martini glass
MARTINI #3: Naughty Latte
- 2 Shots of Vodka
- 2 Shots of Rocket Fuel Red
- 1 Shot Baileys Irish Cream
- Shaken with ice, Martini glass
